The Truly Inspired Oil of Martina Koch

Fresh from her family farm nestled in the Erei Mountains in central Sicily, Martina Koch offers her Olio di Oliva Extra Virgine. It is made from Nocellara Etnea, Moresca and Carolea olives: natural, non filtered, first cold pressed, meticulously created to enhance the flavors of all your favorite dishes. It is exceptionally fresh in flavor, with very low acidity and no bitterness. We offer it in a tall, graceful 500 ml glass bottle. Use it for cooking even at high temperatures or for dressing your favorite salads and pastas.

Martina makes flavored oils by harvesting just ripened herbs from her family's garden, packing them into wood barrels, filling the barrel with her Olio di Oliva Extra Virgine and leaving the oil to infuse for approximately 3 weeks. It is drained off unfiltered and sealed in her traditional 250ml glass bottles. There are NO other essences, flavoring, dried herbs or enhancers added. Choose from Basil, Arugula, Garlic and Chili for incredible marinades, superb toppings for vegetables and all your favorite sauces. Even many months after bottling the flavors of freshly harvested herbs are bright and vibrant.
