Ricci Curbastro
 
One of the most important producers of Italy’s famous sparklers. The wines, made in the classic bottle fermented method, are characterized by dominant fruit notes but not sweetness, very refined perlage, restrained toasty notes and eminent drinkability.  Aged on the lees 3 to 5 years before release. Beautifully made, expressive examples of the best of Franciacorta.
